I loved my stay at the hotel with its stunning view of Mt Whitney and The Alabama Hills at sunset from the back porch. The room smelled of smoke despite being nonsmoking but had a nice mountain view. I felt it could have been a bit cleaner, though.

The room offered a beautiful sunset view over Mt Whitney and The Alabama Hills. Despite the smoke smell in a nonsmoking room, the mountain view from the back porch was lovely. I wished it could have been a bit cleaner.

The service was great, especially given the price. The staff was friendly and even recommended a nice dining spot in the small town of Lone Pine. They quickly provided toothbrushes for my kids' forgotten items with big smiles.

The location was fantastic for exploring Owens Valley and the Sierra. Perfect for a visit to Yosemite Park. Although just outside Lone Pine, it was easy to find with plenty of parking.
Dining

The dining options were limited and quite basic with only plastic cutlery. The hand-made pasta was a standout, but overall, it could have been better.
Facilities

The facilities were decent, but the dining experience could have been improved. The hotel could consider enhancing the cleanliness for a better guest experience.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and slight inconvenience. The balcony room was very comfortable, but the space felt extremely small and a bit crowded. The pool area was a nice spot to relax, although some areas seemed a bit outdated. The service, while efficient, came across as stern and lacking in welcoming warmth. The location was ideal for a quick stopover but slightly outside the town center. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with good choices but issues with some elements. Overall, the stay was decent, but there were some areas that could be improved.

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown and the information center, but the rooms were a bit too small for the number of guests during peak times. The service was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and honest. The location offers easy access to popular attractions like Alabama Hills and Death Valley, but it's a bit detached from the main high street area. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

I loved staying at this hotel! The rooms were perfectly clean and cozy, with a back door patio view facing east of the foothills and a big grassy area for my dog to play. The service was fantastic – they were extremely helpful and always had smiles on their faces. The location was ideal for my trip, close to Mount Whitney and the Alabama Hills movie locations. Overall, it was a great value for money.
